Description
English: Cpl. Carlos Rivera, U.S. Army, uses a satellite phone to establish communications from the field in the village of Skugrici, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Oct. 20, 1999. Rivera is the radio operator for the Commander of Multi National Division North and is deployed to Bosnia and Herzegovina in support of Operation Joint Forge.
