Description
English: Take a bridge. Carpet it with the soaked remains of hundreds of bamboo bushes. That's what this is, courtesy of Typhoon Fitow. The larger bridge is for motorists, near(ish) Futako-Tamagawa Station on the Tokyu Oimachi and Denentoshi Lines.
