Description
English: Tootsie's Orchid Lounge - Nashville's most historically important honky-tonk was a favored watering hole for Tom T. Hall, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, Roger Miller and other legends who spilled from the Ryman's back door to greet the wee hours at Tootsie's. These days, the room is filled mostly by tourists, college kids and cowboys. It's still a blast to look around, though, even if that glut of tourists and college kids makes moving around nearly impossible night to night. The south side and roof of the Ryman Auditorum are visible behind Tootsie's.
