It has been subjected to noise reduction and filtering using PhotoShop CS3. The image was released to the media following the murder of the subject, who would not lose profit from its further distribution. It is believed to be free for distribution and reuse. It has been extensively disseminated in the news media, both TV and print and is iconic with regard to the case. No further free image is likely to be created as the subject is deceased. It lacks significant creative elements. |
