Cha died in 1982, well before the advent and popularity of digital photography. Any images of Cha exist from the works she published, or were taken by personal relations. As noted in the Wikipedia article, the most popular search result for an image of Cha is taken from her 1976 film Permutations and actually depicts her sister Bernadette. This image is newer (1980), in color, and was positively identified as Cha by her husband, Richard Barnes.
