| Description |
English: there are many watchtowers in the Philippines that were built since Spanish era. But the Baluarte in Luna town in La Union literary stands out because of its current condition similar to leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy. The leaning watchtower has been split in two due to cracked foundation but still gallantry stand as Luna’s heritage pride. |
