Summary

Description
English: The Ell House, Dunkeld. Located in The Cross.

An information plaque on the wall reads: "The house was originally built as a hospital in 1753. The building derives its name from the 'ell' - a weaver's measure fixed to the wall. An upper story room was used at the Episcopal Congregation Meeting House from 1753 - 1763".

The 'ell' measure is the metal rod on the corner of the building.
