Description

Swedish Cold War era Medium Tank Built:- 1958 to 1960 Total Production:- 225 In service:- 1958 to 1984 Main Armament:- 75mm High-velocity Kanon The Strv74 was built using the chassis from a retired WW2 era Stridsvagen m/42, but was fitted with an entirely new turret and upgraded or replacement engine and transmission. This example is on display in what is best known as Hall 6 of the Kubinka Tank Museum, although its official title is now Pavilion 6 in Area 2 of the Park Patriot museum. Kubinka, Moscow Oblast, Russia.
