DescriptionSteps leading down to the St. Lawrence River at the Battle of the Windmill historic site.jpg
English: These are the wooden steps leading from the Battle of the Windmill historic site in New Wexford, Ontario, down to the St. Lawrence River. The historic site is located a couple meters from the shore on top of a slight cliff; there is a historical marker containing information about the site and the old windmill itself to view. Facing the river and the windmill, the stairs are slightly to the left hand side of the structure. The stairs lead to a rocky beach, providing an alternate view of the St. Lawrence from the top. This picture was taken with a digital camera on a slightly overcast day in June of 2013. 44°43'16.0"N 75°29'13.1"W
