DescriptionSt. Thomas Church and Convent (7373080782).jpg
St. Thomas Church and Convent in Chicago (1919). It was designed by Francis Barry Byrne, who was a student of Frank Lloyd Wright (1902-1909) and part of the original Prairie School. Byrne started to drift away from Prairie School tendencies with this building, as it shows heavy influence from the Spanish Mission Revival.
