Description
English: View of a SmarTrip vending machine of the Washington Metro system, installed in the Metro Center station in 2012. These machines are the system's first self-service SmarTrip vending machines located within the Metro stations. Previously the cards could only be purchased online or at retail outlets. This machine provides Braille labeling and optional audio-based interaction for the purchase process, for visually impaired customers.
