Description
English: Site of Celtic Festival of Bealtaine, sacred centre of Ireland in Pagan times, the orginal throne of the high Kings of Ireland, where St.Patrick and St Bridget passed through, it's also a pre-christain druids place of worship, and it also hosts The Festival of Fire. From the peak of the hill you can see on a clear day into 20 of the 26 counties in Ireland, its just 5 miles outside Ballymore, and 1 mile from Killare
