Description

Sir Francis Robert Benson (November 4, 1858–December 31, 1939), commonly known as Frank Benson or F. R. Benson, was a British actor and theatre manager. He founded his own company in 1883 and produced all but two of Shakespeare's plays.

Full lgth., standing, facing front; in ragged costume with sword. Knighted by King George for his productions of Shakespeare.
