Thursday, November 1, 2018 (Owings Mills, MD) - County Executive Don Mohler joined Chickie Grayson, President and CEO of Enterprise Homes, Inc., Councilman Julian Jones, Delegate Shelly Hettleman, Ken Holt, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Senator Chris Van Hollen and Senator Ben Cardin for the groundbreaking of Red Run Overlook, a new mixed-income apartment home development to serve the local community of Owings Mills. The four-story elevator buildings will consist of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units that will rent for between $750 and $1,410 a month. Amenity spaces include a club room, computer lab/homework room, library, game room, fitness center, tenant storage and laundry room, and landscaped outdoor recreational areas for families to enjoy.
