Description
English: Exaggerated color composite showing Seuss crater at left on Mercury. All other craters are unnamed as of August 2023, but the large crater below center is the location of a dark spot as identified by Xiao et al. (2013). The dark spot coincides with the central peak complex of the crater.

Approximate color representation combining three images acquired by MESSENGER Wide Angle Camera (EW0224846125I, EW0224846127F, EW0224846133G) with I (996.2 nm), G (748.7 nm), and F (433.2 nm) filters. Combined in GIMP software as RGB (Red-Green-Blue).
