Description Washington, D.C. - Present at an informal reception at the Thai Legation in celebration of the nineteenth birthday of King Ananda of Thailand, who is currently residing in Switzerland, were, left to right, Dr. Eldon R. James, Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Advisor to the Thailand government from 1918-1924, Thai Minister Seni Pramoj, and Mrs. James.
