English: Scouts in Belait District held a meeting in Padang Besar, Brunei Town on the morning of 6 December 1963, to say “Goodbye” to the High Commissioner of the British Government in Brunei, His Excellency Dato Seri Ugama A.M. Mackintosh who is also the Chief Scout of Brunei State, In this picture, the Menteri Besar of Brunei, His Excellency Dato Seri Paduka Marsal bin Maun, who is also the Chairman of the Brunei State Scout Council, is presenting a souvenir that was presented by Scouts throughout the State of Brunei to the former Scout Leader.
