Description
English: Sediment trap deployment in Thermaikos Gulf, Greece, 2000. The sediment trap has H/D 5.5, internal diameter 127 mm, and a net at the top. The sediment trap had been cast at 25-30 m depth and 3 m above seabed. The anchor (chain) of the mooring can also be seen.
Ελληνικά: Διαδικασία πόντισης ιζηματοπαγίδας στο Θερμαϊκό Κόλπο, 2000. Η ιζηματοπαγίδα είχε λόγο ύψους προς πλάτος κυλίνδρου συλλογής H/D 5.5, εσωτερική διάμετρο 127 mm και πλέγμα με άνοιγμα 10 mm X 10 mm στην είσοδο της. Η ιζηματοπαγίδα τοποθετήθηκε σε βάθος 25-30 m και ύψος 3 m επάνω από την επιφάνεια του πυθμένα. Η καδένα χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως βαρίδιο.
