Description
English: building of Seccion de Limites de Africa de la Comision Geografica de Marruecos, a military cartographic unit, in Melilla. In afternoon hours of July 17, 1936, the building was place of a (bloodless) confrontation between Guardia Civil and the Foreign Legion, which effectively commenced the Spanish Civil War
