English: The Scottsville Free Library occupies the former Windom Building. Designed by architect Charles Wallis of Rochester and constructed in 1891 by builder Myron Pope and mason Isaac Leake, it was transferred to the Scottsville Free Library Association in 1935. The building was listed in the New York Historic Register and the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
