Description
Deutsch: Löwe vor dem Schweriner Dom. Das Denkmal wurde 1995 anlässlich der 1000-Jahr-Feier Mecklenburgs errichtet in Anlehnung an Heinrich den Löwen, der den Dom gründete. Finanziert wurde die Skulptur von einer privaten Stiftung.
English: Lion in front of the Schwerin Cathedral in Schwerin, Germany. The memorial was builded up on the occasion of the 1000-year-celebration of Mecklenburg for Henry the Lion, who established the cathedral. The sculpture was paid by donations.
