Description
English: Sant'Alvise, Venice - The ceiling of 600sqm - Oil painting on plaster - is posterior to 1674. It shows the heavenly Jerusalem by Pietro Antonio Torri and Pietro Ricchi. There are two inscriptions placed on the ceiling: Domus mea domus orationis is placed towards the facade and Vigilate and orate towards the apse. In the center the eternal Father and around him the four evangelists.
Français : Église Sant'Alvise, Venise - Le plafond de 600m² - Peinture à l'huile sur enduit - est postérieur à 1674. Il montre la Jérusalem céleste par Pietro Antonio Torri et Pietro Ricchi. Il y a deux inscriptions situées au plafond: Domus mea domus orationis est placé vers la façade et Vigilate et orate vers l'abside. Au centre le Père éternel et autour de lui les quatre évangélistes.
Italiano: Chiesa di Sant'Alvise, Venezia - Il soffitto 600m² - Olio su gesso - è dopo 1674. Essa mostra la Gerusalemme celeste da Pietro Antonio Torri e Pietro Ricchi. Ci sono due voci nel tetto Domus mea orationis Domus è posta verso la parte anteriore e vigilate e orate verso l'abside. Il Padre Eterno nel centro e intorno a lui i quattro evangelisti.
