Ingredients (for 2 people):
- A fillet of salmon
- A piece of ginger
- 3 cups (540 cc) of rice
- 10 cm of 'soup seaweed'
- a bunch of Japanese honewort
- 2 table spoons of cooking liquor
- 1.5 table spoons of soy sauce
Directions:
1. Wash rice.
2. Cut ginger finely.
3. Cut honewort coarsely.
4. Put rice, ginger, honewort, cooking liquor and soy sauce into a rice cooker.
5. Put the fillet of salmon and seaweed on the rice.
6. Put 3 cups of water into the rice cooker and cook them in the same manner as normal boiled rice.
