Description
Français : La restauration de 1985-1986 a fait réapparaître en bas à droite une petite fille en orante, détail masqué à une date inconnue, ainsi qu’un pied du Christ, caché, lui, par un autre pied différemment orienté qui aura été vraisemblablement peint au XVIIe s. (Bergeon). Scène tirée de l’Évangile de saint Jean (XI, 1-44). À l’arrière-plan, les sœurs de Lazare font venir le Christ. Le chien vaut sans doute comme symbole de fidélité (cf. Guratzsch).
