English: HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY BUILT IN 1660 AND PASSED THROUGH NUMEROUS OWNERS THROUGH THE YEARS. IT BECAME THE REPOSITORY OF MANY BARBADIAN ANTIQUES. A DISASTROUS FIRE STRUCK IN 1995 DESTROYING MUCH OF THE HOUSE AND MANY OF THE ANTIQUES. IT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY AND ACCURATELY REBUILT AND MANY BARBADIAN ANTIQUES HAVE BEEN RE-COLLECTED. IT IS NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC |
