The depicted coffee pot with Karlsbad filter was originally manufactured by the meanwhile defunct porcelain manufacturer Erste Bayreuther Porzellanfabrik Walküre Siegmund Paul Meyer GmbH (aka Walküre or SPM) of Bayreuth, Germany somewhen in the 1920s–1940s. The Karlsbad-style filter (the middle part of the depicted coffee maker) was originally invented by the defunct porcelain manufacturer Thun of Klösterle an der Eger (Bohemia) in 1878.
