Summary

Description
English: S111 Flip Chip (trademark) module from a PDP-8 computer, component side. This module is a triple 2-input nand gate, and it contains one hybrid integrated circuit built using flip chip technology (the device nearest the board handle). The board is etched and drilled to allow 4 diodes and one resistor to be used as a replacement for this hybrid IC.
