Made from cooked en:buffalo snout, bengkuang (Pachyrhizus erosus), young en:mango, kangkung (water spinach or Ipomoea aquatica), en:pineapple, en:cucumber, tauge (beansprouts), lontong (glutinous rice cake), en:tofu, en:tempe, served in black sauce made from petis (black fermented shrimp paste, similar to en:terasi), and grinded peanuts, topped with sprinkle of fried shallots and krupuk (shrimp cracker).
