Description
English: Rudd (Scardinius erythrophthalmus, here with few large sized specimen are fish that prefer mesotrophic waters with a well established under water vegetation.(here Myriophylum and some overgrowth of algae). The mouth opening is toward the water surface. Taken near the river Rhine in the Netherlands.
