Summary

Description
English: Rock pinnacles in West Quarry These 'stalks' of rock were left behind by the quarry workers because they had inferior quality slate. 'West Quarry' (sic) is the most southerly of several slate quarries on the coast between Tintagel and Trebarwith, the last of which closed in 1937.
