English: It would be hard to believe that you might have to convince someone of a good reason to eat a delicious banana, but there is at least one very good reason that people should eat a banana: potassium. They may want to stick to apples, pears or grapefruit and just aren’t looking to change, but adding banana potassium to a diet could be very important.
If you are told to eat potassium you would not eat it. But thanks God He evenly put potassium inside every banana to our eating delight and the same time nourishing our nerves and muscle.
