Summary

English: Southern California's Sierra Pelona Mountains are prominent in "dry season" gold tones.
  • Obtaining the same camera view in this 2004 photo as the previous historical photo at the Liebre Summit historical marker site - which is where this photograph was taken - proved difficult.
  • Looking to the north. The Ridge Route is visible to the right of the photo for a good stretch in the distance.
  • One of the Transverse Ranges.
