| Description |
English: This is the old Reimegrend railway station (1908) on the Bergen line (Bergensbane), a few stops west of Voss.
The station is unmanned and no tickets are sold here (not even from ticket vending machines). As cars became more popular in Norway, local train traffic dwindled, making these small stations unprofitable. Many have been sold or leased by the Norwegian Railway Company to townspeople seeking vacation homes in the countryside with comparatively easy access in the winter. |
