Description

Sixth Grade Boys History Class in Rattan, Oklahoma learning the principles of flight, particularly as they pertained to military aviation during World War II. The boys were in the process of researching the story of lethal airplane crashes by RAF cadets in the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma, near their homes. The British pilots lost four men in the crashes, which were caused by poor weather.
