This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: (i) Colour balance adjusted, (ii) Join in the white background photoshopped out, (iii) Some of the more intrusive highlights removed, (iv) Large-scale, low-level unsharp mask applied to luminance channel (LAB mode) to improve contrast and punch. Nevertheless, care was taken to ensure that the image (including the shade of the raspberryade) is essentially a faithful reproduction of the original subject.
