Română: Steagul comunei Păulești reprezintă o pânză dreptunghiulară cu proporția între lățimea și lungimea drapelului de 2/3 compus astfel: pe fond galben este încadrată central stema comunei. Deasupra coroanei murale este trecută denumirea unității adminitrativ teritoriale ʺCOMUNA PĂULEȘTIʺ cu litere mari albastre, iar în partea inferioară ʺ JUDEȚUL SATU MAREʺ cu litere mari albastre.
