Summary

Description
English: This is the site of Royal Canadian Air Force relief landing field Cayuga, built in 1941-1942 under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. In 2018 the facility is the Toronto Motorsport Park, an automotive dragstrip and race course. The original three runways form the characteristic triangular shape of a World War II airfield, and now they form part of the race course. The dragstrip is runway 05-23. The camera is pointing 080. The Kohler Road runs from north (left) to south (right) at the bottom of the frame, and a brown H-shaped building can be seen adjacent to the road. This is an "H-Hut", used as a barracks. The building is original. Pictures taken from a Cessna 172 aircraft flown by Aaron Webb and Steve Bond from the Brantford Flying Club, Brantford, Ontario.
