DescriptionPumping Station, River Rother - geograph.org.uk - 297340.jpg
English: Pumping Station, River Rother Beyond the weir the Rother joins the Arun. There are two River Rothers in Sussex. This one is the western one whilst the eastern one joins the sea near Rye. Rother is actually Old English for river which means that in current usage the title of this waterway is the 'River River'.
