Description
English: Poticza is a Slovenian nutbread. This one was made from the recipe in w:en:King Arthur Flour (2003) The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion, Woodstock, VT: The Countryman Press ISBN: 0-88150-581-1. OCLC: 51942366. . The bread is rolled or stretched very thin and spread with the nut mixture. After that, it was rolled from both sides to the center, and then folded in half to create the four spirals seen in each slice.
