Elle milita en faveur de la contraception en introduisant le diaphragme.
English: Commemorative plaque honouring Aletta H. Jacobs (1854-1929), first Dutch female to complete a university degree (medical doctor), birth control activist, feminist and pacifist. She introduced the diaphragm as a contraceptive method.
