English: The W.A. Robinson House was built in 1935 and is located at 1314 East Jefferson Street. Robinson was the principal of Washington Carver High School, an African-American school. He was concerned about the effects which the desegregation of the schools may have on the African-American students. It is recognized as historical by the City of Phoenix African-American Survey.
