PHs are benign tumours classically found in the vulva. They are well-circumscribed dermal lesions with cystic spaces that are characterized by papillae (nipple-like structures with fibrovascular cores) and lined by an epithelium with apocrine differentiation (as is evident by the presence of apocrine snouts).
