Summary

Description
English: Theropod dinosaur track at Denio Creek site. Odd, malformed tracks such as this one would be difficult to interpret, or even believe that they are dinosaur tracks, except that they occur in distinct trackways with clearer tracks. This one has the three toes on the left, almost completely closed by mud that collapsed into the track as the foot was withdrawn. What is left is a three-corner depression, with cracks extending from each corner. The elongate depression behind may be a metatarsus impression.
