Description
English: Admiral Gerhard Wagner's POW file. Per his Wikipedia article, he "visited British Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery and negotiated a partial surrender of the German forces in northern Germany at Lüneburg Heath on 4 May 1945." This was likely made by the British Military. Will tag as such; the website claims it was either made by the US or it's Allies. Is PD in either case, as the Crown copyright is expired (after 50 yrs), or it was never covered by copyright as a work of the US Government.
