Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel that the fair use provisions of U.S. copyright laws cover its use because:

The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes–Use of this image is intended to alert the public to the insight and writings of an under-recognized 20th-Century social philosophery, Eugen Rosenstock-Huessy. The use is for informational purposes through a non-profit entity.
2. The nature of the copyrighted work– The book cover image is owned by a non-profit organization, the Eugen Rosenstock-Huessy Fund, of which Argo books is a publication activity. The fund’s purpose is to propagate the understanding of Eugen Rosenstock-Huessy.
3. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole–The book cover represents only a superficial aspect of the copyrighted material found within the book, itself.
4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. – The foundation that propagates Eugen Rosenstock-Huessy’s works is the Eugen Rosenstock-Huessy Fund:

Depicting the cover would have a negligible effect on the overall market potential of the book itself, especially since the image is shrunk to very few pixels, which gives it poor potential for reproduction.
