Summary

Description
English: Onslow Arms, West Clandon. This is one of the social centres of an exclusive village, east of Guildford. It has some mock Tudor decor and Surrey tile-hung walls plus markets its restaurant as well as its bars. In prime stockbroker belt land, this pub used to enter national races to serve the first grouse shot on the "Glorious Twelfth". It takes its name from the local big landowner, the Earl of Onslow, whose family lived in Clandon House (now National Trust).
