English: The Oehler Mill, in Shelby near La Crosse Wisconsin, is a flour and grist mill constructed by Valentine and Gottfried Oehler in 1862. In 2013 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Oehler Mill Complex.
Deutsch: Die Oehler-Mühle, auch als Mormon Coulee bekannt, liegt sechs Meilen südlich von La Crosse (Wisconsin), in der Stadt Shelby an der County Road MM. Diese Steinmühle, eine Erinnerung an Wisconsins mahlende und landwirtschaftliche Vergangenheit, wurde 1862 gebaut. Gründer waren die beiden deutschen Einwandererbrüder Valentine Oehler (* 1821 Kröbern, Thüringen; † 1877 Fillmore, WI.) und Gottfried Oehler (* 1824 Kröbern, Thüringen; † 1895, Mormon Coulee, Shelby, La Crosse (Wisconsin)), die um 1850 diesen Mühlenkomplex ausbauten. Im Jahr 2002 wurde die Oehler Mühle in den Wisconsin Trust für die Liste bedrohter historischer Denkmalschutzgebiete aufgenommen.
