The image Image:Oathall Community College Logo.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (CountdownCrispy ^{talk contributions} 11:30, 22 October 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image is of low resolution (copies made from it will be inferior in quality).
2. No free or public domain images equivalent can be found, because this is the logo of the school itself.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights in any way.
4. The image is being used for informational purposes only, to show the school logo, and its use is not believed to detract from the school or its logo in any way.
