English: Built in 1892, this Colonial Revival-style house was built at a time when the surrounding Loring Park area was the neighborhood of choice for the wealthy of Minneapolis. The house features a buff brick facade with arched window openings, a hipped roof with dormers featuring trim around the arched windows, including pilasters, dentils and keystones, a rooftop “widow’s walk” surrounding a contemporary fourth floor, semi-circular side bay windows, bracketed eaves, oxeye windows, a side porch with ionic columns, a two-story front portico with tall ionic columns and large windows flanking the front door, with an oxeye window above the front door, and a base with buff brick and rusticated limestone.
