English: Closeup of the Onondaga Lake Parkway Bridge. Built in 1871 from Wrought iron, the bridge originally crossed the Oswego Canal before the waterway was filled in and replaced with a road, which is now New York State Route 370. The bridge is infamous for the large amount of commercial vehicles colliding with its deck, which rises just 10 feet and 9 inches above grade.
